Q. I received
a bus pass and the school of attendance is incorrect.
How do I correct this?
A. Please call your
district board of education and make sure they have the correct information to submit
to the MOESC. They will contact us
to ensure that any revisions are made.
We will mail a new bus pass to you upon completion of the change.
Q. Why is the
time on my child’s bus pass is too early or conversely, too late?
A. Pick up times are computer-generated
and approximate. We ask that you be
ready early for the first few days of transportation.
Your child’s pick up time may flex as students are added or deleted from
the route.
